A refundable breakage deposit is payable one month after the wedding. We use this time to try every possible way to remove stains from napkins and replace stock at the best price. If nothing breaks, we refund you. If something does, we send an invoice and deduct it from the deposit.

Yes, we offer full setup and cleanup services. You are also welcome to collect your décor the day before and return it the day after your wedding.

Your full invoice is payable one month prior to the wedding. After this, no reductions can be made (we’ve already cleaned, packed, and prepared the items). You are welcome to add extra items, though.

We ask for one main contact person, preferably the bride or the wedding planner. Too many people messaging us about the same thing wastes valuable time we’d rather spend making your wedding magical.

For flowers, the answer is no—we only use Criore’s flowers to guarantee quality, freshness, and consistency. However, if you have personal décor items (such as heirlooms, candles, or sentimental pieces) you’d like included, we are happy to incorporate them.

If you cancel after payment, our standard cancellation policy applies. Deposits are non-refundable as stock, flowers, and preparation costs are already incurred.

We kindly ask that phones are kept on silent during the mock-up. It can upset the bride if her partner is outside taking calls while she has to make decisions alone. Think of the mock-up as your first big decision as a married couple-to-be—you should be present together for it.
